Events of Red Dead Redemption 2

Due to the cholera outbreak afflicting Armadillo in 1907, the bank is closed and thus inaccessible to the player.

Baxter is a well-dressed man and the current manager of the Bank of Armadillo. He will defend himself if the player threatens or tries to rob him.

There's mod/trainer that can get you there as Arthur. I use Lenny's Simple Trainer where I can turn on Never Wanted and disable New Austin Ghost Sniper, and then I can just roam wherever I want as Arthur without any problem.

Bribe the witness again. Then, open both chests and pay the witness again. Once that is done, the player will have successfully robbed Armadillo Bank. Another way of robbing the bank if the player doesn't want to waste their money bribing the witness is to distract the law in some way.

There are hidden encounters with the Devil's Impostor and a vampire in the game, but the rarest event is getting struck by lightning. Rare things are bound to happen in a game as large as Red Dead Redemption 2.

Once you collect both halves of the Torn Treasure Map, head down to the town of Armadillo. Northwest of the town along the state line near Rattlesnake Hollow, you will find a small cave entrance. Inside the cave is Otis Miller's treasure.

Those that have played through Red Dead Redemption 2's epilogue will recognize the Strange Man, and his ambiguous connection to the dusty, cursed town of Armadillo.

They want you to feel the Impact of the actions, no city was destroyed so much that Arthur could not go there again except Blackwater, and also because they're one of the most wanted people in the state of New Austin.

Currently, the only known way for a player to even come close to saving Arthur from TB in RDR2 is by not progressing in the game at all. If players stop participating in story missions before Arthur dies, he'll technically keep on living for as long as the player desires.

Arthur Morgan grave location

Arthur Morgan's grave is located east of Donner Falls and northeast of Bacchus Station in Ambarino. It's in a fittingly wonderful spot overlooking the valley and the mountains. Those who finished the game with high honor will find his grave covered in flowers.

Upon arriving in Armadillo, the player can come across the sheriff being cornered at his office by some Del Lobo Gang members. If the player intervenes, Palmer will thank them and announce his resignation, leaving his official paperwork inside the office. He then departs in the direction of Blackwater.

There are two train lines, each with a circuit that takes about a day to travel: The red line (Southwestern Railroad Company) covers New Austin and Nuevo Paraíso, going counterclockwise through Armadillo, Benedict Point, Chuparosa, Las Hermanas, Casa Madrugada and MacFarlane's Ranch.
