We pay for 500 mbps with @breezeline for internet and it’s garbage for streaming. Numerous outages since they bought out WOW and every time we have an issue it’s close to impossible to get ahold of customer service. Has anyone had luck trying to cancel?

@breezeline has nothing but complaints on it TL since it took over @WOW_WAY stay away from that crap. Customer service sucks. I'm telling you now. No one is calling you back.

Well our Internet miraculously reappeared sometime today. No notification of outage, no notification of restoration, no reply back. I run several Airbnb rooms and my guests rely on your services to work remotely. @breezeline you definitely lost several customers after this one.

After a week of no Internet, broken promises of managers calling & horrible customer service @breezeline came & fixed our line. They don't know we switching to @GetSpectrum Monday. Just wanted them to do their 🤬job.

Amazing how bad @breezeline is. I've had 40% transmit packet loss and 18% receiving packet loss all day in Columbus and the same for my friends throughout the city.

@JulieStandrews @breezeline Post a link to the Reddit page! I never thought to check there. I couldn't believe when I wasted half my evening on hold over an hour and a half only to be told they were aware of the outage. Definitely going back to Spectrum whose service is super reliable.

I was told I had to wait another 24 hours to contact @Breezeline again before requesting a technician to come out and get me connected to the internet. Even after I told them I work from home and depend on it. Great customer service. /sarcasm

@m_flax @breezeline No new account number for me either. Just an email with the new email address claiming that I could log in using that and my old WOW password. That doesn't work either. Password reset involves codes texted to me that do not work.

@breezeline @WOW_WAY @WOWCare Internet in Brunswick, OH has been down since around 7:00pm on Monday night. Online chat said 15-20 minute wait time and I have waited 90+ minutes. I decided to call support and they told me it would take 24-72 hours to fix the problem.

@breezeline @ryanfromohio @WOW_WAY What about logging into the Breezeline site to check on our account info? Two other emails said May 9 and that the process was complete. If that's not the case, send out another email apologizing for the delay instead of making us contact support for no good reason. Thanks!

@Nicole_Kraft This week I learned that WOW had created an email address for me, which @breezeline had ported to their new domain name —and also that Breezeline's login portal doesn't accept breezelineohio addresses as valid logins.

@breezeline I am a new "customer" based on sale of WOW in Ohio. Been on hold for an hour and 47 minutes. Chat window was open for an hour. No one ever came. I cannot access my WOW emails, which I need, or my account. Your customer service is leaving a terrible first impression.
