Licensing
I hold Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Arizona and Alabama Mortgage Loan Officer licenses under the SAFE Act (formerly known as the Mortgage Broker Act). Additionally, through our corporate referral program, I am able to offer mortgage financing in several other states. If you are outside of my coverage area, I can still help you because I am connected to a network of loan officers all throughout the country.
That being said, the majority of my business is in Southwest Ohio, in or near Dayton and Cincinnati.
