How do you delete apps if your phone doesn’t let you check the apps when they are moving?

If you have Screen Time enabled, go toSettings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchasesand changeDeleting AppstoAllow.
Then try deleting the app again.

You can try going to settings>general>iPhone storage> (app name)> delete app
