Wondering when your trash and recycling is picked up? You can use our My Neighborhood page to look up your next collection dates.

Online

Step 1.Have the address ready or allow us to use your location

If you're looking this up for someone else, you'll need their address. My Neighborhood might ask to use your location. If you say yes, you don't need to type in your address.

Step 2.Go to My Neighborhood

We have a fast and convenient way you can keep up with what's happening around you. Enter your address in above the map. Then scroll down below the map to see your next trash and recycle collection dates.

Step 3.Download the recycling pickup schedule

You can download theRecycling Schedule(PDF,176KB) to print for your reference.

Step 4.Put your bin out the night before it's collected

Make sureto put your binout at the curb before 7:00 am on the day of collection. We recommend moving it the night before to make sure you don't miss a pickup.

Step 5.Check your balance

We can't collect your trash if you don't have enough money in your account.You can find your account balance, tip history and recycle cart history in your grpayit account.

Our City code says you can't leave your bin at the curb. Make sure you move it back to your property on the same day it's collected.

Step 1.Find your route number

To use the paper collection dates calendar, you need to know your collection route number. You can use the Trash and Recycling Route Map to find out which route you're in.

You can call us to get your route number if you don't want to use the map. Our phone number is in the Contact Us section of this page.

Step 2.Download the trash and recycling pickup calendar

You can see which day we pick up your trash every week. Make sure you know your route number before you download the pickup schedule.
