@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@OptimumHelp second time I’ve had a tech to my house for my internet being 30mbps when I pay for 300. Been like this for months now. Still not fixed. Talked to chat support and they said I have packet loss and damaged cables... other folks on my street have similar issues.

@optimum Talk about left hand not knowing what right hand is saying. You got people that your customer service call line saying they don't and you're saying they do. Well I'm going to tell you this I have insomnia I haven't seen my box update in months.

@OptimumHelp in the meantime I’ve been told by now 7 different people it would not be shut off just to be told they ta after hours tonight AGAIN and call during business hours. Piss poor service

@OptimumHelp I reset my modem 3 times and I still don't have internet and I called online service and apparently they said that there's an outage but on their website I don't see that it says it. Please help?
