I called to @Ask_Spectrum last Sunday. My request was seasonal suspended. Operator’s vice was wreaking and I was not sure my request was accepted or not. I called Spectrum today, I realized privious operator didn’t work for me. She is problem! @GetSpectrum

@Ask_Spectrum can you please tell me why it is so hard to find the information on your own WiFi service. Your instructions say to click on your router to see your WiFi info. Now there is nothing but troubleshooting prompts. I just need to access my network info and password.

@GetSpectrum what's going on with the internet service in my area. I spoke to a representative and they said my internet can be down until Monday. It was on at 8pm and then just shut off. Why?
