Each week, Netflix releases a roundup of the most popular 10 films on the streaming service that are getting the most love from subscribers.
Right now, the Netflix original movies like Damsel and Shirley are dominating the chart, alongside some older titles like The Super Mario Bros. Movie and Minions.

'There's Something in The Barn'

Instead, they find a small – but evil – entity dwelling on the land, intent on running them out after the family of skeptics break their rules. There’s Something in the Barn may be an R-rated horror, but with comedy actor Martin Starr as the lead, it still offers some colorful, offbeat humor.

'Minions'
Before Gru, there was Scarlet Overkill.Minionsis the origin story that we didn’t know we needed. In this 2015 comedy, minions Kevin, Stuart, and Bob take us on a journey back in time to see how the minions began working with supervillains and became the adorable henchmen we know them to be. If you’re a fan of Despicable Me, or under the age of 10, Minionsis sure to be an enjoyable feature for the entire family.

'The Boss Baby'
In The Boss Baby,Alec Baldwin lends his best Jack Donaghy voice to a diaper-wearing businessman. After Boss Baby arrives to his new family’s home with a suit and briefcase (according to his older brother, Tim) an instant sibling rivalry ensues between the two siblings. But the pair must come to terms to thwart an evil corporate plan.
Though it was critically panned, The Boss Baby earned Baldwin an Oscar nomination for best animated feature in 2018 – much to everyone’s disappointment.

'The Casagrandes Movie'
The Nickelodeon seriesThe Casagrandes returns in this 2024 animated feature, which follows the eccentric family on a spontaneous trip to Mexico in celebration of Ronnie Anne’s 12th birthday. But, unfortunately for Ronnie Anne, the trip threw a wrench in her original birthday plans. Fueled by a tween desire of proving she’s all grown up, Ronnie Anne accidentally awakens a teen demigod who shows her what real angst looks like.

'Damsel'
While we’re waiting for Stranger Things Season 5 to return, Millie Bobby Brown has blessed us with a new project to hold us over.Damsel features the breakout star as a princess in charge of her own future. When Elodie agrees to marry the handsome prince of a nearby land to help her people, the young woman unknowingly finds herself in the middle of a centuries-long tradition where the royal family offers a sacrifice to a vengeful dragon.

'Shirley'
Regina King stars in Shirley as the trailblazer who became the first Black woman to be elected to Congress. This Netflix original chronicles her 1972 presidential campaign, as one of many candidates vying for the Democratic nomination that year. King produced the movie, with12 Years a Slave director John Ridley attached. The striking Netflix film also stars Lance Reddick and Terrence Howard.

'The Super Mario Bros. Movie'
The Super Mario Bros. Movieis finally here! This blockbuster brought the iconic video game character and his posse to life for the very first time, with the help of stars Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Jack Black, and more. Brothers Mario and Luigi travel through a magical land to save the captured princess from the clutches of Bowser, their newfound arch-nemesis.
