  @breezeline when are you going to tell your customers the truth. We have now been without our internet service last Thursday. Each time we have called to find out what is going on we get a difference response. Still no help from anyone!

  Well our Internet miraculously reappeared sometime today. No notification of outage, no notification of restoration, no reply back. I run several Airbnb rooms and my guests rely on your services to work remotely. @breezeline you definitely lost several customers after this one.

  OMG I hate that @WOW_WAY sold out to @breezeline the customer service is trash, they don't call back, you can't understand a 🤬 thing their saying. All they do is apologize & lie. I can't get anyone to fix my line. Wtf?

  @JulieStandrews @breezeline Post a link to the Reddit page! I never thought to check there. I couldn't believe when I wasted half my evening on hold over an hour and a half only to be told they were aware of the outage. Definitely going back to Spectrum whose service is super reliable.

  @AtlanticBBInc @alexanderlecard I understand utility power going out in localized areas. Do your sites not have some batteries and generator backup with an ATS (automatic transfer switch)? The question is about infrastructure reliability (and, frankly, if I should move to Comcast’s newly installed network).

  @AtlanticBBInc Roy from phone tech support was amazing, he was able to fix a difficult problem that several other technicians were unable to help with over these past weeks, he also resolved issues I was having for years that no one else took the time to look into! Thank you Roy!
