@AtlanticBBInc @alexanderlecard I understand utility power going out in localized areas. Do your sites not have some batteries and generator backup with an ATS (automatic transfer switch)? The question is about infrastructure reliability (and, frankly, if I should move to Comcast’s newly installed network).

@AtlanticBBInc your online chat platform is bad. It errors out if/when my mobile device “sleeps” I can’t stay in queue without getting kicked out for being disconnected. I’m currently on an hour long call back list. Transparency into return of service is critical in this age.

@AtlanticBBInc is the worst! We have been out of WiFi all week after a storm blew our neighbors and our ground box. I know a couple of other neighbors have been without WiFi also. May not seem like a big deal but people need WiFi to work, for security systems etc.

@AtlanticBBInc Where/when will I be able to find the RCA (Root Cause Analysis)? For a network your size, some basic redundancies should be in place. I’m assuming the network infrastructure all goes through a single PoP that lost power (bad genset? ATS?), but how do you also lose your site?!!

Oh great. @WowCare just sold off the Columbus & Cleveland areas to @AtlanticBBInc that provides 50Mbps service for $10 more than WOW’s current 500Mbps plan. And can’t find anything about their upload speeds but I’m sure it’s bad. Hurry fast to Brunswick @FiberMedina! We need you!
