SALES VISIT - USED

I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider about 8-9 months ago. I have had nothing but problems since I got the car, and the salesmen are well aware that I am not happy nor satisfied with this vehicle as I, m ago. I have had nothing but problems since I got the car, and the salesmen are well aware that I am not happy nor satisfied with this vehicle as I, myself have told them this time and time again. 2 weeks after purchasing the car, I had to take it in for a miss ( which is still there, never has been repaired properly as I’m still having issues) and they changed my catalytic converter, told me that was the problem and sent me home. I was told before coming home in the vehicle that I still had an underlying issue and that they were going to get me in to see a Kia Dealership to have it further investigated but they never called me back with an appointment time/date. The car was doing okay at that moment, so I wasn’t stressing it too bad. Now, 7 months later….my engine light came back on Friday and the miss came back STRONGER THAN EVER! I took it to JD Byrider yesterday and they changed my spark plugs, as well as my coil pack but the car is still missing and they’re going to AGAIN set me up with a Kia Dealership. They then told me that I had oil on my spark plugs, which isn’t a good sign but couldn’t even provide me with a SAFE loaner vehicle until they can get my car in with Kia, which could take several weeks?! Am I just supposed to sit here without a vehicle for more than a month?! Oh, and my Engine light NEVER WENT OFF…its still on. I have explained that I am a single, working Mother and I DEPEND ON THIS VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILIES DAILY NEEDS BUT I HAVE SAT WITH NO VEHICLE FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER AS THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN THE CARS ON TIME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOANED! Beyond aggravated with this whole situation! My CNAC Caseworker called them after me explaining my situation to her and now they’re telling her that they won’t have a loaner for me until FRIDAY and today is only Wednesday?! Remember I took my car in on Monday and have called everyday since to see if a loaner was brought back like they had been telling me, just to get a let down everytime!! “We can’t seem to get ahold of the person to return the vehicle”….but yet I call right after my worker and I’m told they MAY have one today BUT ITS A LITTLE FORD FOCUS…like, do you really think I care what kind of car it is?! NO…as long as it runs properly smh! They keep saying they’re trying to help but actions speak louder than words…..I just hope this saves some people the money, time, emotional 🎢 , high anxiety and stress it has caused me. Not to mention the doctors appointments I’ve had to reschedule and the 2 job opportunities this issue has knocked me out of!! More

JD byrider don’t do any work without paying so that’s why my part was never put on my vehicle of course the part was ordered I have paperwork showing that they ordered the parts but the part was never put on my vehicle I don’t trust them they’re not loyal I never was late with my car payments always on time. I thought pay for this vehicle I will no longer purchase any more vehicles from JD Byrider I wouldn’t send anyone else up there to purchase a vehicle from JD byrider.. They have the staff train to be liers. Make sure you check behind them cause I will be every time they tell me they change a part I’m taking my car the dealership to check behind them. I don’t feel safe knowing they not changing parts. . More

As far as the salesman, he was good. I've had my car since the 26th of March 2020 and it's been in the shop since April 8th and it's still there. Their finance company is not good to deal with. They wil since the 26th of March 2020 and it's been in the shop since April 8th and it's still there. Their finance company is not good to deal with. They will call whoever don't matter to get in touch with you. Took them a week to get me a rental so for a week I paid someone to take me to work. That's not right. I buy a car to not worry about getting to work but I'm even more broke now after paying for rides to work. I regret going there and getting a car. I really do. Now I'm stuck with a car that I don't trust and know how much help I'll get, not much for sure. More

Don’t deal with crooks! JD lies!! $200 down payment that they say is all you need turns into them wanting you to pay $375 every two weeks for two months, then you start making your $400 a month payment!! Th they say is all you need turns into them wanting you to pay $375 every two weeks for two months, then you start making your $400 a month payment!! That’s for a car that’s 10 years old & priced double what the blue book says from a dealer on the same model car!! Brakes were metal to metal, transmission shifts hards, needs alignment, steering is a mess at interstate speed & they said the car was safe to pass state inspection!! Also, I read the car fax report on this car & it was wrecked bad enough two months after it was bought new, it had to be towed & JD said it was minor damage! There are good dealers who work with no to bad credit customers & give you a fair deal, JD is not one!! JD will also want you to sign papers stating they are POA’s that can get the title to the car you are buying! Dealers are not supposed to do that!! More

I recently had an issue with a vehicle and was very dissatisfied but JD Byrider honored their word and warranty and exchanged the car for me with no hesitation. I am happy that it was a simple process. dissatisfied but JD Byrider honored their word and warranty and exchanged the car for me with no hesitation. I am happy that it was a simple process. My salesman Wil worked out the issue and resolved it. The GM Gill-Elum was understanding and was able to have the situation taken care of on my time and the staff that had the paperwork was very pleasant and quick. It's good in this day and time to have people stand by their products whether it's good or bad. I will surely be going through them to purchase another vehicle for my daughter. More
