This place is absolute garbage starting with the lying General Manager, he will tell you lies to try to scare you into something then backtrack as quick as possible when he’s caught. This place is complete garbage and a waste of anyone’s rightful time. I am a veteran down on credit and he straight looked at me and lied right to my very face. If you want details simply email me and I will fully explain, do not go through this place at any cost unless you like shady business dealings. Worthless piece of xxxx car lot they will screw you anyway they can. My car was stolen went to carlot in hopes that the GPS could track it just to be told that when payments get low the GPS magically s anyway they can. My car was stolen went to carlot in hopes that the GPS could track it just to be told that when payments get low the GPS magically shuts off (really now😂 like that is possible). Insurance was paying off car and what does this company do they add a extra $110 for a GPS to the payoff amount. Paid on this car for 3 years so over 11,000 on a 2008 Scion that wasn't even worth half that and never missed a payment and then they want to screw you even more in the end.. Please people go where you are appreciated as a customer...THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!! More
