How do I uninstall iOS beta from my iPhone?
Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and tap the iOS & iPadOS Beta Software Profile that appears. Tap Remove Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Remove. Once the profile is deleted, your device will no longer receive iOS betas.
The only way to reinstall an older version of iOS is to wipe the current one from your device. This also means that if you restore from a backup made after the update you will be putting the newer version of iOS back on to the device.
There is no downgrade. Restore your backup from prior to the installation of the beta. If you don't have a backup from prior to loading the beta, then you're either going to be starting over from a reset device, or are committed to the continuation of the beta.
